Is Imaging and EHR the Same?

Imaging is a big part of an EHR system, but with our Intergy by Sage product, you don't have to have EHR to take advantage of imaging.  Imaging is part of our Practice Management Software.  It can be used in that software alone or in conjunction with our integrated EHR system.

There are many benefits to using imaging software even if you are not using EHR.  Some examples of things you can scan into your practice management system are:



  • Patient Registration Forms
  • Patient Consent Forms
  • Pictures of your patients
  • EOB's
  • FMLA or Disability Paperwork
  • Living Wills or Advanced Directives
  • Personnel Files
  • Accounts Payable Records
